OVERVIEW OF PROCESS

• A thirty minute consultation is required and is $30, which is used towards the balance of the service should you decide to proceed.
• During your consultation, the certified SO.CAP stylist will evaluate your hair and listen to your needs. You will select hair, including the length and color, and, should you decide you would like to proceed, your appointment will be booked. Based on the amount and length of hair selected, your customized service will be quoted upon your consultation.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Please expect a two to three week wait between your consultation and your service.
• If you have chemically treated hair, allow one week between the last process and your extension application date.
• The charge for your extensions includes a pre-wash and blow dry, the extension application, a haircut, retail products necessary and a follow-up appointment two weeks after the initial application.
