Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, Salon Khouri requires a 24-hour advance cancellation of appointments.

For any appointment cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, or for any "no-show" appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment before you may schedule your next appointment. The amount will be added to your next appointment.

Re-Do Appointments

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the service you received, please call the salon no later than 7 business days to schedule your re-service prior to two weeks from the original date of service.

Cell Phones

In order to provide a relaxing environment for all, we ask that you please do not use your cell phone past the waiting area.

Referrals

Your trust means a lot to us. For each new referral you send to Salon Khouri, you will receive 10% off your next visit.

Gift Certificates

You may purchase Gift Certificates online, or in-person at Salon Khouri.
