Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking.

Standard Services:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. We understand that emergencies, illness, and unforeseen circumstances happen, and we are always happy to work with you in those situations. 

Color & Chemical Services:

The following services require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule:

• Full Balayage
• Full Foil
• Keratin Treatment
• Liscio
• Brazilian Blowout

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice for these services will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

1st & 2nd no-show: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged

3rd no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged
